ERI was awarded 2nd place in the National Ballet Competition in Tokyo and in 1982 she was awarded 1st place in Japan National Ballet Competition.

1983

− 1984  ERI was awarded a Ballet Scholarship from Japanese Government.

− 1989  Soloist and Principal dancer with Japan Ballet Associations.

Joined The Hong Kong Ballet as a Soloist.
She danced many leading roles.
